Printed in 1916 and 1918 by different publishers with various editions, and later, the 1916 Ottawa: Mortimer edition reprinted in 2008.

Included in the Wilson Collection are: two copies published by Edinburgh: The Ballantyne Press, 1916 (1); three copies published by Ottawa: Mortimer, 1916 (2); one copy of the Princess Edition published by Edinburgh: Ballantyne, Hanson, 1916 (3); and two copies published by London: Spottiswoode, Ballantyne & Co.
