Historical Souvenir and Book of the Pageants, of the 300th Anniversary of the Founding of Quebec, the Ancient Capital of Canada July twentieth to thirty first, nine hundred and eight, Issued under the direction of the National Battlefields Commission, Montreal: Cambridge Corporation Limited, 1908.

The English version consisted of 50 numbered pages of text and additional illustrations. The book included the following sections: “Historical Introduction”, “Note on the Pageants”, and “Description of the Pageants”.
The French version consisted of 49 numbered pages of text and additional illustrations. The book included the following sections: “Introduction”, “Note sur les Spectacles Historiques”, and “Spectacles Historiques / Description des Spectacles”
The one-page “Note on the Pageants” (p. 17) and “Note sur les Spectacles Historiques” (p. 13), are credited to Mr. Lascelles.
The fold-out “Map of Quebec” affixed at the back of the book (both the English and the French versions), was credited to A.G. Doughty.
Authorship of the full publication is not indicated in the publication itself, however, H. V. Nelles in his book, The art of nation building, cited documentation in the Arthur G. Doughty fonds (LAC, MG 30 D27) and in the records of the NA (LAC, RG 37, vol. 189) to indicate that AGD wrote, corrected proofs, and oversaw the publication of these booklets in English and French.
